The information that you provide will be reviewed only by an Alliance member (s) and you will be contacted shortly afterward. The Lenders Alliance does not offer loans nor does it require a credit pull to provide mortgage information. We simply match you up with an Alliance member that best fits the loan details that you have provided.
My credit is pretty bad. Should I still request information?
Of course! An Alliance member will be happy to review with you what options are available based on your credit situation.
Is there a minimum credit score requirement?
This is a good question for an Alliance member. Every bank/lender have their own credit score requirements.
What loan programs are available and how do I determine which one meets my needs ?
The Alliance member will guide you thru the various options that are available for you that meet your individual needs.
I’m still in the planning stages, so should I wait until I am ready to request information from The Lenders Alliance?
